Dr. Zhenchun Xia earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in 2012 and is an IEEE Senior Member. He has 20+ years of control and simulation experience spanning Daimler, Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Mitsubishi, Autoliv, and Magna. As Founder & CEO of A&M SIM Global, Dr. Xia leads the development of real-time, high-fidelity simulation platforms for AD/ADAS, drones, and robotics. His expertise includes control theory, sensor modeling, and real-time simulation. He has published 30+ papers and has been invited to speak at international conferences on AD/ADAS, Control, Sensors and Safety.

Dr. Leila Mekacher is a passionate engineer, entrepreneur, and internationally certified autism specialist. She serves as Head of Digital Research and Innovation and is the founder of the Technological Education Center at the SRH Vocational Training Center. A committed STEM ambassador, she also lectures at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, the University of the Federal Employment Agency in Mannheim, and the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Linz. Dr. Mekacher holds a degree in electrical and automation engineering and earned her PhD in robotics and software engineering. Dr. Alaa Abd-Alrazaq is an Assistant Professor and Director of Artificial Intelligence for Precision Women’s Health at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q). He is also Adjunct Assistant Professor at Qatar University and Visiting Fellow at the University of South Wales. His work focuses on advancing the use of artificial intelligence to support precision health, improve women’s health outcomes, and strengthen public health systems. Dr. Abd-Alrazaq holds a PhD in Health Informatics and has further strengthened his expertise through a postdoctoral fellowship at Hamad Bin Khalifa University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He also brings international research experience, including his role as a systematic reviewer for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London. Shenglun Yi received the Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2022. Since 2022, he has been with the Department of Information Engineering, University of Padova, Padova, Italy, where he first worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and later served as a Researcher Type B - Junior. He is currently a Researcher Type B - Senior with the same department. His research interests include robust estimation, information fusion, signal processing, deep learning, and identification theory.

Safaa Berkani is a faculty researcher at the École Supérieure d'Informatique et du Numérique (ESIN) at UIR and a member of TICLab. She received her PhD in Computer Science from UIR in 2025. Prior to that, she completed a Master's degree in Applied Analysis and Statistical Engineering at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Tangier (Abdelmalek Essaâdi University) in 2020, having previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fundamental Mathematics from the same institution in 2018. At ESIN, Safaa teaches several courses, including Machine Learning, Introduction to Data Science, and Probability and Statistics. Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, and more specifically on spatio-temporal forecasting models and deep learning applied to complex data analysis.

Prof. Dr. Ahmad Taha Abdulsadda received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tikrit, Iraq (1997, first rank university-wide), his M.Sc. in Electrical/Control & Computers from the University of Baghdad (2000, first rank in class of 54), and his Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Michigan State University, USA (2012).
